The Fitbit has already changed the way I go about my daily activities after only 2 weeks of usage.
I'm drinking a lot more fluids every day and go for walks whenever I can.
I was a bit bummed in the first week that I hadn't reached a daily target of 10,000 steps, not even at the weekend.
However this second week has had 2 days in a row reaching that target.
Other stuff I like about the Fitbit includes the Journal ability where I can note things about the day.
The only concerns I have with using the Fitbit Flex is when pushing my little girls stoller and whether because my arms are not moving that it is not registering the steps? Also vibrations in the stroller whilst pushing was making my Fitbit think I had tapped it to enter sleep mode. Bizarre.
Most importantly, just wearing it reminds me to be as active as possible. And that's the whole point isn't it?
